The apartments are built with double walls of brick and fiber especially insulating and also have PVC windows with double glazing, which provides thermal insulation against cold and heat, as well as soundproofing against possible interior and exterior noise.
The apartments are equipped with large built-in closets, a fully equipped electric kitchen, a refrigerator, a large sofa, a bathroom with bathtub or shower, satellite TV and a safe (extra charge). They also have heating, air conditioning (extra charge) and ceiling fan.
Cleaning is once every 8 days and towels are changed every 4 days. If the client wishes a more personalized cleaning of the apartment, it will be considered as an extra service to be paid separately.
